PageUp applicant tracking system supports automated integration with job boards
Submitted by Human Capital Services- Talent Acquisition
The Division of Human Capital Services' Talent Acquisition shares a new sourcing feature in the PageUp applicant tracking system. Departments and units are able to advertise vacant positions with the following job boards via PageUp: The Chronicle, Inside Higher Ed, Higher Ed Jobs and LinkedIn.
Hiring managers and HCS liaisons are attending training to learn how to take advantage of this automated process. This initiative will assist the university in reaching its K-State 2025 goal to recruit a highly talented, diverse workforce through strategic planning and execution.
If you want to learn more, please visit the Hiring Toolkit and select the PageUp applicant tracking system for one of the following instruction guides: Creating a requisition with a position description or creating a requisition without a position description.
The department continues to utilize social media to attract candidates to the applicant pool. Please follow us at @KStateJobs on Twitter and Facebook. In 2015, we reached our goal of 1,700 followers on Twitter and are looking to grow even more. We participate in #MotivationalMonday, #TalentTuesday, #ThrowbackThursday and #FactorFictionFriday and provide valuable tips to candidates.
