Evaluating USS Work Performance session to be offered for supervisors Feb. 16

Evaluating USS Work Performance, WTD090, will be offered from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, in the Edwards Hall commons area.
The Performance Management Process is designed to maintain mutual respect between the supervisor and employee and to add value to their day-to-day communication about performance and development issues.
This training session will help supervisors understand the major components of how to effectively conduct an employee performance review.
As a result of this session, participants will —
- Understand the supervisor's role in the Performance Management Process.
- Know how the competency based approach will apply to each employee.
- Identify how to assess employees' performance against the objectives and competencies.
- Review how to conduct annual performance review discussions with employees.
This course is offered in conjunction with the Introduction to Supervision, WTD077, series, therefore, seating is limited.
