Human nutrition professors present at Dubai conference
Edgar Chambers IV, university distinguished professor and director of the Sensory Analysis Center in the College of Human Ecology, presented "In-Person Interviews of Storage Practices For Ready-to-Eat Foods In Four U.S. States" at the Dubai International Food Safety Conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in February.
At the same conference, Delores Chambers, associate professor in human nutrition and co-director of the center, presented "Comparing Food Safety Behavior Of Female Elderly in The US And Republic Of Korea."
