Paraguayan Student Association hosting second Paraguayan Social today
Submitted by Dallas Hug de Belmont
K-State's Paraguayan Student Association, an official student group, is hosting its second Paraguayan Social of the semester from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, on the fourth and fifth floors in the Tower at Jardine Apartments.
Don't miss this opportunity to make new friends, practice Spanish in a casual setting, learn about Paraguayan culture, and try some traditional food, including mbeju.
No need to be proficient in Spanish; the point is for all to meet and chat, away from the pressure of a classroom, just like you would with friends.
The association is hosting the social as a way to promote cultural exchange within campus and the Manhattan community.
