Donate to Career Closet wish list this holiday season
As you're cleaning out your closet for the new year, consider donating items to the K-State Career Center's Career Closet.
The Career Closet is a free opportunity for students to obtain gently used professional attire for upcoming interviews or career fairs. All donations are tax-deductible.
All items adhering to the donation guidelines will be accepted, however, those who donate items on our wish list will be entered into a prize drawing. Wishlist items needed include men's business suits sizes 34-40, women's business attire sizes 0-6 and men's button-down shirts sizes 15-16.5.
One drawing winner will be awarded a $50 K-State Campus Store gift card and five other drawing winners will each receive two tickets to the K-State men's basketball game versus Baylor on Jan. 14.
Items eligible for the drawing will be accepted between Dec. 1 and Jan. 6, 2017.
To donate, bring items to the Career Center at 148 Berney Family Welcome Center from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
For those outside the Manhattan area or with drop-off schedule conflicts, please contact the Career Center at careercenter@k-state.edu or 785-532-6506.
