Call for presentations for the Conference on Applied Statistics in Agriculture
The 29th annual Kansas State University Conference on Applied Statistics in Agriculture will be April 23-25 at the Hilton Garden Inn and Convention Center in Manhattan. The submission deadline for presentation abstracts is Feb. 17.
The annual conference provides a forum for discussion of statistical issues motivated by agricultural problems and brings together statisticians from academia, industry and government to discuss ideas and advancements in agricultural statistics.
The 2017 conference will feature a workshop "Statistical and Machine Learning" and a keynote address, "Statistical Challenges in Agent-Based Modeling" presented by David Banks, Department of Statistical Science, Duke University.
