Apply for the Fulbright U.S. Student Grant
Over the past dozen years Fulbright U.S. Student Grant winners from K-State have spent academic years in Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, Poland, South Africa, South Korea, the United Kingdom and Venezuela. Where would you like to go?
The Fulbright fully funds an academic year of international experience for U.S. citizens and is open to graduating seniors, recent alumni and current graduate students. With more than 1,900 awards available to more than 150 countries, the Fulbright is a terrific opportunity to pursue international study or research, or to work as an English teaching assistant abroad.
Campus applications for the Fulbright are due by Sept. 1. If you are interested in applying, make an appointment with Jim Hohenbary in the Office of Nationally Competitive Scholarships to discuss the application process and learn more about how to construct a competitive application. Call 785-532-3422 or stop by 215 Fairchild Hall to set up a meeting.
