Your co-workers are participating in the 2017 Movement Challenge, are you?
Submitted by Human Capital Services
Join your K-State Family on a journey to "Live Your Best." The 2017 Movement Challenge already has 800 individuals committed to joining their departments to focus on their physical well-being. If you haven't committed yet, it isn't too late! Just start tracking your activity and enter it in the Week One eReport.
Each week, there will be an additional fun challenge in which employees can participate. Week one's challenge will be to participate in an organized physical wellness activity. This could be walking with Women of K-State Wednesday Walk, the K-State Wellness Coalition Wildcats Run for Wellness, or participate in the K-State Recreational Services group fitness classes. Post a picture of your participation in any organized activity and use the hashtag #PurpleIsProgress to be entered into a weekly drawing for a wellness prize. Don't forget to follow HCS on Twitter.
Did you know the K-State Rec Complex is hosting a free day for K-State employees? Go to the Rec Complex on Aug. 23 with your K-State faculty/staff ID and get in for free. Use this opportunity to get a workout in and check out this modern facility and all the things they have to offer.
