Movement Challenge week six
Submitted by Human Capital Services
The final week of the Movement Challenge has started.
The 2017 Movement Challenge is a six-week challenge that runs from Aug. 20 through Sept. 30. This week is the sixth and final week of this year's challenge. The additional challenge for week six is to get active outside. Kansas provides a beautiful backdrop for being active outside. Enjoy the Konza Prairie Nature Trail, walking through the Flint Hills or the continuation of our warm summer weather. Hopefully, you have found some great ways to be active throughout the last several weeks. Don't let week six be the end of your physical wellness journey!
Check out the Movement Challenge week six newsletter for some great tips on keeping your momentum going. Remember that we are striving for progress in our holistic wellbeing. We are all on a journey and the movement challenge is a great way to make physical wellness a priority.
Also, don't forget to document your activity through social media using the hashtag #purpleisprogress.
Week five participants should report last week's activity — Sept. 17-23 — through the week five eReport by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26, to be counted toward the week five leaderboards.
