Volunteer at the Purple Pride Pantry Party
For many people, Thanksgiving brings to mind a table full of food, but not everyone is so fortunate. Join the Union Program Council as it hosts the Purple Pride Pantry Party through The Outreach Program to assemble 20,000 meal packets to benefit hurricane relief as well as the Cats' Cupboard, which is the recently renamed K-State Food Pantry that helps reduce food insecurities for K-State students.
Volunteers can sign up for two-hour shifts, all shifts take place Monday, Nov. 27, in the K-State Student Union Grand Ballroom.
- 4-6 p.m. — assisting with load-in
- 6-8 p.m. — packet assembly
- 8-10 p.m. — packet assembly
