First Thirsty Thursday welcomes all university staff to help celebrate diversity
Celebrate diversity at K-State and the beginning of Black History Month at the first Thirsty Thursday of the spring semester.
All university faculty are invited to join College of Arts and Sciences faculty from 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, in the Antler Room at Blue Moose Bar and Grill, 100 Town Center in the mall. The College of Arts and Sciences will furnish appetizers.
No formal speaker will be featured for this event, so faculty can mingle with speakers from this year's Arts and Sciences Diversity Committee Teach-In, as well as speakers from previous Teach-In events.
All university faculty are welcome to attend and share experiences with one another. The College of Arts and Sciences and the K-State Social Club look forward to seeing you at the event.
The College of Arts and Sciences also encourages all university faculty members to save the dates of March 1 and April 5 for future Thirsty Thursday events. Upcoming Thirsty Thursdays also will be 5:30-7 p.m. at Blue Moose.
