Provide K-State Libraries with survey feedback by March 17
Submitted by Sarah McGreer Hoyt
We value your input! In a climate of scarce resources, it's vital that we have as much feedback as possible from the K-State community so that we can establish institutional priorities for the future.
Please take the LibQUAL+ survey before March 17. It should take less than 10 minutes, and your responses will remain anonymous.
The Association of Research Libraries developed the LibQUAL+ survey to measure library service quality and identify best practices. K-State participated in LibQUAL+ in 2014, and we made several improvements based on the results. For example, we created more comfortable study areas, offered more timely assistance to library users, and upgraded printing and wireless networks in partnership with Information Technology.
If you provide your email address at the end of the survey, you'll also be entered to win a drawing for gift cards, T-shirts and more.
If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Laurel Littrell, director of library planning and assessment, at 785-532-5467 or laurlit@k-state.edu.
