Join the National Organization for Minority Architecture Students, or NOMAS, in collaboration with the College of Architecture, Planning & Design, April 9-13 for various activities in the college's Diversity Week.

The events are an interactive and informative series of activities aimed at breaking down the word diversity and examining it through a different lens.

The following events are part of Diversity Week:

  • A lecture by Mark Graham at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 9, in Regnier Forum in Regnier Hall.
  • Unconscious Bias workshop, 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, in the Regnier Hall lobby.
  • "The Ego of Architecture, A Discussion," at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 12, at Varsity Donuts.
  • Ice cream social, 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 13, in the Regnier Hall lobby.

The lecture, workshop and social chat will facilitate discussion around how we see diversity in design and how that impacts our perception of the world.

All university personnel are invited and encouraged to attend the events.
