Incomplete Grade Agreement Between Student and Instructor form

The Incomplete Grade Agreement between Student and Instructor is now available as a resource to instructors on the Office of the Registrar's website under Faculty and Staff Forms.
Instructors may choose to use this form to communicate expectations between instructor and student regarding how and when an incomplete grade should be completed. This would be particularly useful to have on file in a departmental office, for example, should an instructor leave prior to a student's completion of an incomplete grade.
