Movies on the Grass
A free outdoor film series in its seventh year, Movies on the Grass, will show "Hunger for Change" at 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, at Coffman Commons in front of Hale Library, or in case of rain, 063 Seaton.
"Hunger for Change" is a documentary that expertly shows the basics of how food is your true medicine and the key to good health. It continues the story about how you can create vibrant health, abundant energy and achieve your ideal body weight without dieting. The film features best-selling authors and leading medical experts on the leading edge of nutritional science, plus several powerful testimonials by individuals who know what it's like to be sick and overweight.
