Free exercise training program
Men and women between the ages of 24 and 45 who are inactive during the day but looking to change can sign up for eight weeks of free exercise training. Participants will be placed in one of two training groups, both scientifically shown to have positive benefits on cardiovascular fitness. All exercising will be on a bike, no running involved.
