Reminder: Princeton astrophysicist who worked on Big Bang model to present Peterson lecture today

Princeton University astrophysicist Jo Dunkley will present the Chester Peterson Jr. public lecture on "Our Window on the Universe" at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, in 105 Umberger Hall.

Dunkley has received several honors for her work on the Big Bang model and has appeared on TV several times, including PBS's "Genius by Stephen Hawking" in 2016 and the BBC's "Stargazing Live" and "Science Club" in 2013. She has been interviewed for TV, radio and print by BBC News, BBC World, Sky News and others.

Refreshments will be served in the hallway outside of the lecture room at 3:45 p.m. before the nontechnical talk.
