Discussion agenda
The Regents approved K-State's request to authorize a reduced out-of-state tuition rate to first-time, full-time domestic undergraduate students from Arkansas, California, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas.
The Regents approved student health insurance benefits and premium rates for plan year 2019-2020.
The paid parental leave policy was removed from the discussion agenda and referred back to the Council of Business Officers for reconsideration of several items. The policy will return to the Governance Committee and full board in April.
