Silver Key hosts service event with Boys and Girls Club
Submitted by Abby Cheesebrough
Silver Key Sophomore Honorary is collaborating with Kansas State University Baseball to bring members of the Manhattan Boys and Girls Club to the April 18 baseball game.
Silver Key members will host boys and girls from local elementary and middle schools at their own tailgate before attending the game. K-State Baseball will provide a tour of the baseball facilities and the chance for boys and girls to meet and interact with members of the K-State baseball team and coaching staff. Silver Key will post pictures and videos of their adventures throughout the afternoon to their Instagram, @silverkeyksu. We encourage you to come join us in cheering on the Wildcats.
Silver Key Sophomore Honorary exists to serve Kansas State University and the Manhattan area, to support the activities in which the student body and K-State participates, and to foster among all students a sense of community commitment. Members of this student-driven organization serve from April of their freshman year to April of their sophomore year.
