Modern languages department to host Initials research forum
Submitted by Benjamin McCloskey
The modern languages department will showcase its undergraduate and graduate research through its annual Initials research forum from 4-6 p.m. Friday, April 26, in the Regnier Atrium at Seaton Hall.
The forum seeks to introduce student researchers to the university and provide them with an opportunity to share their work with the academic community. Students are nominated by faculty members who serve as mentors for their research presentations. Presentations this year will include topics ranging from the construction of gender in ancient Athens to analysis of German films, projects about teaching Spanish in L2 contexts, and Francophone African culture in literature.
Please stop by and learn about some of the exciting research our department is producing.
