Last day to register to vote today
Tuesday, Oct. 15 is the last day to register to vote in the state of Kansas. To assist all students, faculty, staff and community members in registering, Wildcats Vote, an independent student organization, and the K-State Student Governing Association will host a voter registration drive across the K-State campus. Today, five locations on campus will be staffed with volunteers throughout the day. The times and locations are below:
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Bosco Student Plaza.
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., inside the K-State Student Union.
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., College of Business Building.
- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Leadership Studies Building.
- Noon to 5 p.m., Engineering Complex.
Visit ksvotes.org to check your current registration, update your registration information, or request an advance ballot by mail. You must update your voter registration every time you move, change your party affiliation, or change your name. The 2019 election will be Tuesday, Nov. 5. Make sure to register to vote today.
