Political science to host Graduate Program Showcase Nov. 7 for students in all majors
Brianne Heidbreder, director of graduate studies for political science, invites students of all majors with a GPA of 2.8 or above, to this year's Graduate Programs Showcase. The showcase will be 3-4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, in 209 Calvin Hall.
The event will make students aware of the graduate school programs offered through the department: Master of Arts in political science, Master of Public Administration and Master of Security Studies.
Students also will learn about opportunities for enrolling in one of our concurrent degree programs, which will give them the opportunity to count up to nine undergraduate credit hours toward their master's degree. This, in turn, allows students to complete their master's degrees in a shorter amount of time.
Stop by and see what all we have to offer to help you take that next step toward your life's profession. For any and all questions, make sure to contact Heidbreder at heidbr@k-state.edu. We look forward to seeing you there!
