'Navigating Change: A Tool for Conversations Around Change' workshop offered March 5

From the Managing Change Toolkit, "Navigating Change: A Tool for Conversations Around Change," WTD219, will be offered from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 5, in 126 Leadership Studies Building.
Participants will explore opportunities to acknowledge loss, recognize opportunity and embrace an openness to growth. This workshop will offer participants strategies for navigating change with a focus on shared purpose and an eye towards the future. Participants will engage with the OBREAU Tripod, a tool from the work of Don Dunoon, an Australian scholar who focuses on organizational development, mindful approaches to change and appreciative inquiry.
