Teaching & Learning Center launches Teachers Thriving Remotely video series
Good morning, K-Staters!
I am so proud of how we in the K-State Community have transitioned to remote teaching models for all of our courses. We have done well to navigate this challenge so far, and I think we are ready to progress. Rather than focusing on just getting through this challenge, I want us to think about how we can thrive.
Toward that end, the Teaching & Learning Center is launching a series of videos we are calling "Teachers Thriving Remotely." In these short videos, K-Staters will be offering both messages of energy, optimism and hope AND a specific teaching/mentoring/advising idea, philosophy, or practice that other teachers/mentors/advisors may consider using to enhance their remote teaching.
We are starting our series today with three videos:
We will release new videos periodically — so stay tuned!
If you would like to contribute a video to this series or to nominate someone to contribute, please email us at teachingandlearning@k-state.edu.
Let's keep teaching, mentoring, advising and supporting our students' success. We got this! I hope all is well.
