Powell, colleagues publish article in The Grower on crisis management

Doug Powell, professor of food safety, and colleagues Ben Chapman and Audrey Kreske published an article in The Grower titled "How to do a better job in managing crises in fresh produce."
In response to the recent example of major foodborne illness in Canada — E. coli contaminated beef from XL Foods — Powell and the other food safety experts offered their perspective on how to do better.
