Earn your 2021 HealthQuest premium incentive

K-State employees in benefit-eligible positions have the opportunity to earn HealthQuest credits in 2020 for a 2021 health insurance premium reduction. Employees enrolled in plans C, J, N and Q also earn HSA and HRA contributions associated with HealthQuest credits.

The deadlines associated with each credit differ.

Nov. 18 deadline for HRA/HSA dollars:

  • Employee and employee/children coverage: Employee is able to earn $20 for each HealthQuest credit earned by Nov. 18. Contributions for HealthQuest credits are posted to your Health Savings Account or Health Reimbursement Account typically the pay period after they are earned. Contributions are capped at $500.
  • Employee/spouse and employee/family coverage: Employee and spouses may each earn $20 for each HealthQuest credit earned by Nov. 18. Contributions for HealthQuest credits are posted to your Health Savings Account or Health Reimbursement Account typically the pay period after they are earned. Contributions are capped at $500 each.

Dec. 31 deadline for premium discount:

  • Employee and employee/children coverage: Employees must earn 20 credits to receive the premium discount of $480 for 2021.
  • Employee/spouse and employee/family coverage: Employees and spouses must each earn 20 credits to receive the premium discount of $480 for 2021.

Check your HealthQuest credit balance by logging into your HealthQuest portal and viewing the incentives area of your home screen. This is usually in the top right corner of the portal.
