Welcome the new Clery compliance and youth protection coordinator
The Risk and Compliance Office announces the hire of Ryan Van Dusen as the new Clery compliance and youth protection coordinator.
Van Dusen joins K-State with more than 18 years of experience in higher education, including student development, Clery Act and Title IX compliance, student conduct, behavioral intervention, disability accommodation and other areas in student and campus life.
Van Dusen has previously served as the dean of student development and associate dean of students along with being the deputy Title IX coordinator at Bethany College in Lindsborg, and the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. He also served as the director of military and veterans programs at Texas Tech University. Van Dusen earned his Doctor of Philosophy in higher education from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
