2021 Boyer/Switzer Lecture Series
The Kansas State University Black Faculty and Staff Alliance will host the 2021 Boyer-Switzer Lectures Series from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, via Zoom. The virtual event is open to the public.
The longstanding program honors K-State pillars and diversity pioneers, James Boyer and Veryl Switzer, while creating opportunities to highlight the research of our Black faculty.
This year we will host Nozella Brown. Serving as director of K-State Extension in Wyandotte County, Brown will lead us in a dialogue on the role extension plays in bridging the community and the university.
