K-State's first TED Talk event: Spotlight K-State Wednesday
The Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning and the office of the president present Spotlight K-State, "Innovative Ideas, Shared in Meaningful Ways."
Don't miss this exciting, informative event in a technology, entertainment and design, or TED Talk, format. The celebration will take place from 7-9 p.m. March 6 in Forum Hall at the Union with an intermission and an after-party in the K-State Student Union Courtyard with wine and hors d'oeuvres. Everyone in attendance will get a free book.
Spotlight will feature innovative ideas in teaching and learning from Blake Belanger, Fred Burrack, Laurie Curtis, Steve Dyer, Greg Eiselein, Adriana Gonzalez, Chad Jackson, Phil Payne, Chris Sorensen, Kelly Welch, Mike Wesch and introductions and musical performances from K-State students.
