Core services established for Talent Acquisition

Human Capital Services has recently identified core services for the Talent Acquisition unit. Talent Acquisition is committed to serving as a strategic partner focused on creating innovative solutions to support recruitment initiatives.
Establishing core services provides a consistent customer experience for hiring departments/colleges across the University. The core services highlight Talent Acquisition’s responsibilities and the department/college’s responsibilities throughout the recruitment process. Talent Acquisition’s goal is providing high-level customer service and further clarifying roles in the hiring process to develop greater efficiencies. Talent Acquisition ensures that all stakeholders are knowledgeable regarding the available hiring resources to aid in the recruitment and hiring processes.
Each Talent Acquisition strategic partner will outreach to their department/college hiring units to provide an overview of the identified core services. Talent Acquisition looks forward to continuing to serve as strong partners to departments/colleges on all of your recruitment needs.
