New process: Updating your personal contact information
When using the Kansas State University single sign-on system, eID, to log in, you will soon be prompted to update/confirm your emergency contact and local address information. You will be taken to a webpage that will allow you to confirm the information there or update the information if there have been changes. If you defer this action, you will be reminded weekly until you complete the update/confirmation. This update will be required every six months hereafter.
Students also can access your profile to update this and other information any time by logging into KSIS, and selecting "Personal Information."
Faculty and staff also can access their profile to update this and other information any time by logging into HRIS under "Personal Information Summary."
