Counseling support available to faculty and staff
Submitted by Human Capital Services
Critical conversations are occurring at Kansas State University, as hosted by Staley School of Leadership Studies, pertaining to racial justice in our country. Faculty and staff may struggle with change or the lack of change experienced in the community or society.
To assist faculty and staff, Human Capital Services has partnered with the College of Health and Human Sciences to have Joyce Baptist, licensed clinical marriage and family therapist and professor in K-State’s Applied Human Sciences program, virtually available on April 30 and May 5, 6 and 7 at select times. Faculty and staff may sign up for a 30-minute individual counseling session with Baptist.
If you are interested in one of these sessions but find that these dates will not work for you, there is a place to express your interest on the registration form. To sign up for a session or express interest in a future session, please access the Counseling Support Virtual Registration form.
As a reminder, additional assistance is available through Employee Assistance Program, or EAP, services by calling 888-275-1205, press Option No. 1.
