Attend June 2 Coordinated K-State Welcome overview meeting
This year's June New Student Orientation programs are virtual with a primary goal of ensuring students connect with their academic advisor and enroll in courses. Come August, we have a unique opportunity to extend orientation and welcome efforts to be in-person.
Please join the Office of Recruitment and Admissions and other campus partners from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, to discuss a new concept of a Coordinated K-State Welcome that will take place from Aug. 18-22. We will share the vision, goals, and framework of how we, as a campus community, can extend in-person orientation programming and coordinate various activities to set our students on a path to success.
These events are separate but intended to complement other activities that typically occur at the start of the school year such as Week of Welcome, international student arrival and more.
