Collaborative Communication for Supervisors offered virtually June 23

Collaborative Communication for Supervisors will be offered from 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, via Zoom.
The session focuses on communication and decision-making, highlighting ways that communication can facilitate or hinder collaborative decision-making practices in the workplace.
The session will help participants:
- Identify and practice effective listening, dialogue and decision-making techniques.
- Identify and analyze common communication barriers to navigate conflicts in the workplace.
- Apply techniques and strategies to become more skilled in interpersonal communication.
You must be a current supervisor of university support staff or unclassified professionals, to attend this session. This session is offered in conjunction with the K-State Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisory Foundation certificate program, therefore, seating is limited.
