Celebration of life for Don Foster, former university registrar

Don Foster, former registrar of Kansas State University from 1980-2003, died Sept. 19 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House.
A celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 11, at First Christian Church, 3001 Grand Mere Parkway, Manhattan.
