K-State researchers invite participants for exercise anxiety research
K-State researchers from the Functional Intensity Training Lab in the College of Health and Human Sciences are recruiting participants for a study examining the impact of being familiar with a workout on performance and anxiety.
The study provides participants with the following opportunities:
- Four free workouts.
- $60 for completing the study.
- Learning how anxiety could affect your workouts.
- Be a part of the research process.
Registration is now open. Please scan the QR code or visit the survey link to see if you qualify. Eligibility criteria include that you must be age 18 to 54; be free from injury; do at least 60 minutes of resistance training three days per week; have been doing resistance training for at least six months; and speak English.
