Reminder: K-State First Book student, faculty/staff award submissions due Dec. 10
The K-State First Book, or KSFB program reminds the K-State community that there are three award opportunities available: two for students and one for faculty/staff. Applications are due by Friday, Dec. 10.
The program invites students to share their experience of Cherie Dimaline's "The Marrow Thieves." All students are eligible to apply for the Bill Miller and Debbie Leckron Miller K-State First Book Scholarship of $1,000 and a Student Group Award of $250. Further details and submission guidelines are available at the KSFB Awards page.
K-State First Book also invites submissions from faculty or staff members who have created learning activities related "The Marrow Thieves." Further details and submission guidelines are available at the KSFB Awards page.
The winners of all three awards will be honored publicly in spring 2022.
