College of Arts and Sciences to host eighth annual Civil Rights Teach-In
The College of Arts and Sciences will virtually host its eighth annual Civil Rights Teach-In at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, via Zoom during K-State’s 2022 MLK Observance Week.
Students, faculty, staff and members of the community are invited to listen to faculty speakers regarding various aspects of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at the teach-in. Featured speakers this year include:
- Lisa Tatonetti and Mary Kohn, English/Chapman Center for Rural Studies.
- Shannon Skelton, School of Music, Theatre, and Dance.
- Katherine Karlin and Cameron Leader-Picone, English.
