Submitted by Office of the Provost
K-State Olathe chief executive officer candidate Rodney Ellis, former chancellor of Southern University at Shreveport, will virtually present an open forum from 10:30-11:30 a.m. today, Wednesday, Jan. 26.
K-Staters are encouraged to participate in the virtual open forum and Q&A session titled "A strategic vision for growing academic/industry/government partnerships at K-State Olathe: leveraging opportunities in the KC metropolitan area." Search Committee Chair Alysia Starkey will moderate the virtual open forum. Questions for the candidate may be submitted in advance via email to Starkey at astarkey@k-state.edu or asked live during the virtual open forum using the chat feature.
The virtual open forum may be accessed through the Office of the Provost search website at k-state.edu/provost/about/searches. For those unable to participate live, the virtual open forum will be archived on the provost's search website. Application materials, itinerary and an online feedback survey for the candidate are also available on that website. Please be prepared to enter your K-State eID and password to access the information. The feedback survey will close at 5 p.m. two days following the candidate's interview and the presentation will be removed from the website at that time.
Oral or written feedback on the candidate may also be directed to members of the search committee. Please provide feedback no later than Friday, Jan. 28.
