International Women's Day Celebration seeking participation from campus organizations
In partnership with colleges, units and student organizations across the K-State Community, the College of Business is hosting an International Women's Day Celebration on March 8 and invites any women or minority-led organizations to host a table at the event. The celebration will take place in the College of Business Atrium from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This year's theme is #BreakTheBias.
Each organization will be provided a table where they will have the opportunity to showcase opportunities for involvement, host conversations about breaking gender bias and network with fellow students and faculty members.
If you are involved in an organization that promotes equality, you are invited to host a table at this event. The link below provides additional information and a sign-up link where student organizations can register to participate.
The International Women's Day Celebration event is a great opportunity for your organization to increase involvement, network across K-State, participate in an international movement to spread awareness about gender bias, and demonstrate how you plan to work toward a more equitable future.
