'Growing Our Mindset' diversity forum April 5
Mark your calendars and please join the College of Agriculture's student leadership in presenting the spring 2022 student-led diversity forum from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 5. Bill Spiegel, K-State alumnus and crops editor for Successful Farming magazine, as well as owner and operator of Spiegel Family Farms, discusses how to be an advocate for Black farmers. The event will be in a hybrid format: Zoom meeting ID: 985 3707 1462, or in person at 123 Leadership Studies Building.
The student groups leading the event are College of Agriculture Ambassadors, Ag Student Council and the K-State MANRRS chapter, in partnership with the College of Agriculture/KSRE Diversity Programs Office and the Dow Center for Multicultural and Community Studies. The event promises to be engaging and impactful, yet can only be great with your participation.
Instructors, please note participating student attendance will be taken. If you require this information, please contact Diversity Programs Office coordinator Summer Santillana.
