K-State's 10-year comprehensive accreditation review April 11-12
On Monday, April 11, a team of seven peer reviewers representing the Higher Learning Commission, or HLC, will begin its accreditation visit with the university through a series of focused meetings and open forums. The final schedule and locations of the meetings can be found here. All faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend open forum meetings. For additional information regarding HLC accreditation, site visit information and our institutional reports, please visit the K-State accreditation website.
Kansas State University has been continuously accredited by the HLC since 1916. The university participates through the Open Pathway reaffirmation of the accreditation process and last underwent a comprehensive self-study and site visit during the 2011-2012 academic year. If you have any questions about K-State accreditation with HLC, please contact Bin Ning, associate provost of institutional research and assessment and K-State's accreditation liaison officer with the HLC.
