Adedeji receives excellence in postdoctoral research award from grain science and industry
Congratulations to Akinbode Adedeji, who has received the 2013 Dr. Evangelina Villegas Excellence in Postdoctoral Research award from the department of grain science and industry.
He is researching value-added grain processing using extrusion technology. His adviser is Sajid Alavi, associate professor of grain science.
Adedeji received his bachelor's degree in technology in food engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Ogbomoso, Nigeria, his master's degree in food technology from University of Ibadan in Oyo, Nigeria, and his doctorate in 2010 in Bioresource Engineering, McGill University in Montreal Canada.
