Survey for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants
The Functional Intensity Training Lab is conducting survey research amongst physical therapists and physical therapist assistants nationwide.
The purpose of this study is to describe the current state of their physical activity knowledge and promotion.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a currently practicing physical therapist or physical therapist assistant to participate in this study.
The survey will take about 15-30 minutes to complete, and all information collected is confidential. You will have the option at the end of the survey to enter to win one of six $25 Amazon gift cards.
The study has received IRB approval No. 11496.
