Reminder: Executive director for academic advising candidate open forum today
Executive Director for Academic Advising candidate Ashley Thomas, NACADA assistant director for resources in the College of Education, will present an open forum from 2-3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, in the Flint Hills Room at the K-State Student Union.
Thomas will present on the topic: "What is your vision of academic advising and coaching at K-State in the next 10 years, and how does that vision connect with the K-State Next-Gen strategic plan?"
Thomas' application materials are available on the search website. Please be prepared to enter your K-State eID and password to access the information. For those unable to attend in person, the open forum will be streamed live and archived on the search website. The feedback survey will close at 5 p.m. two business days following the candidate's open forum, and the presentation will be removed from the website at that time.
Oral or written feedback on the candidates may also be directed to members of the search committee. Please provide feedback no later than Wednesday, Oct. 4.
