Three faculty members represent the School of Leadership Studies at Association of Leadership Educators annual conference

Three School of Leadership Studies faculty members — Mary Kay Siefers, senior associate director and assistant professor; Kerry Priest, assistant professor; and Tamara Bauer, instructor — teamed up to present at the Association of Leadership Educators annual conference, June 6-10, in New Orleans, La.
The team presented the practice session "Resilient Teacher-Leaders: The Influence of Adaptive Leadership and Case-in-Point Methodology on Faculty Culture and Community." Additionally, Siefers co-facilitated a teaching workshop, "Case-in-Point," and Priest co-facilitated a roundtable discussion, "Creating Teacher Resiliency: A Dialogue on Professional Development for Leadership Educators."
