Winter break hours for K-State Libraries
All K-State Libraries locations, except the Veterinary Medical Library, will be closed on the following days: Dec. 16-17, Dec. 23-Jan. 1, Jan. 6-7 and Jan. 13-15.
On days when Hale Library is open, the hours will be 8 a.m. to 6 p.m, except for the week of Dec. 18-22, when the building will close at 5 p.m.
Regular Libraries hours will resume on Jan. 16.
Libraries services, including interlibrary loan and chat services, will be available over the break when the Libraries are scheduled to be open. Patrons are welcome to return borrowed books to exterior book drops while the Libraries are closed, but items will not be processed between Dec. 23 and Jan. 1. Requests for staff to retrieve books from the stacks will be processed during operating hours.
The Richard L. D. and Marjorie J. Morse Department of Special Collections will be open by appointment only Dec. 18-22 and Jan. 2-12. Contact libsc@k-state.edu to schedule an appointment.
The Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday Dec. 18-22 and Jan. 2-12.
You can find a list of all Libraries' locations and hours on the website. If you have any questions about accessing Libraries services during the break, please contact the Library Help desk.
