College of Arts and Sciences invites applications for Douglas K. Benson Award

Full-time undergraduate students in the College of Arts and Sciences who have a 2.0 GPA or higher are eligible to apply for the Douglas K. Benson Award.
Students can apply by submitting a resume and demonstrating their commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, or DEIB. The deadline to apply is March 15.
The college's Diversity Committee selects one to three winners every year. More information available on the Benson Award webpage.
The award honors Douglas K. Benson, an emeritus K-State professor in modern languages who tirelessly advocated for DEIB in the university and beyond.
