New book on strategies for decarbonization
Many actions are needed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and transition to net zero carbon emissions to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. The global effort to develop decarbonization strategies includes research at Kansas State University.
"Decarbonization Strategies and Drivers to Achieve Carbon Neutrality for Sustainability" edited by Larry E. Erickson, professor of chemical engineering, and co-authors M.N.V. Prasad, F.C. Nunes, and B.S. Ramadan has been published by Elsevier and added to K-State Libraries.
Each of the 27 chapters addresses one or more topics that are important to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This book will be available as a resource for use in CHE 670 Sustainability Seminar and other classes. The book is available in both print and electronic form.
