Nominations invited for four presidential and university awards

The Office of the Provost invites nominations for the following presidential and university awards.
1. Presidential Award for Outstanding Department Head
This award recognizes and rewards one outstanding department head each year.
2. Presidential Faculty Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching
This award honors a faculty member for excellence in teaching performance in the undergraduate program.
3. Presidential Graduate Teaching Assistant Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching
This award honors a graduate teaching assistant for excellence in teaching performance in the undergraduate program.
4. University Outstanding Department or Unit Award for Enhancing Diversity
This award recognizes those departments or units that have made extraordinary achievements to enhance diversity within the department, college and/or the university.
Nominations for these awards are due by March 1. More information about guidelines, criteria and submission of materials is linked above to the appropriate award.
